Veterinary medicine Post 9: My favourite relative
My oldest brother
It wasn’t too difficult for me to choose my favorite relative. I don’t see my uncles and cousins very often, and about my grandparents I think that I respect them too much to have a more friendly relationship.
I have two brothers but the relationship with each one is really different. With Andrés, my oldest brother, I have a really nice relationship, we get along very well, maybe because he always wanted to have a sister (he is 3 years older than me). When my middle brother was born, my oldest brother was sad because he wasn’t a girl.
When Andrés did the military service, I felt lonely, because he has always been my confidant, he always listens to me and we understand each other easily. In those time I missed our long conversations where we stayed up until very late (like 3-4 am) speaking about family memories, existentialist theories and our own worries, we advised us mutually.

Also we have many things in common, we have been to concerts together, and we get along very well with each other’s friends. My brother is always sincere and objective, he is very fair. He is also very cultured. He taught me to be honest and straightforward.

Veterinary medicine Post 8: My future career
Mmm... It is difficult for me to think  about my future because I’m not pretty sure about what would I like to do, but something I know is that I don’t like routine, so I will try to avoid it. Once I liked the idea about having my own veterinary clinic, attending small animals in a more humanized way, with ambulances, register and adoption, 24 hours, etc. But now I think that working out door, breathing fresh air, could make me happier. I like horses and the human-animals relationship, then I think that hippotherapy is a good option for me cause the countryside is a good environment for the horse and the fresh air is something that will help to the patients. I would like to work in something like a hippotherapy center with internal people who could not only go to the sessions, but also share more moments with horses. I think that once I finish my studies as a Vet, I will have to look for more information about this subject.

thanks for read this!
See you,  regards ;)

Post 6. Why do you want to be a veterinarian?
Since I was a little kid, I have had all kind of pets, such as dogs, cats, hamsters, laboratory mice and gerbils. My brothers and I, usually found little abandoned dogs and we always wanted to adopt them, but our parents didn't let us have pets, so we kept them hide in some room but they finally realized that we had them.
The first pet we had was a dog called 'Cariñosa' when I was 5 years old. One day she run away and she was attacked by other dog, she bled out and didn't survive. Every time I see animals suffering, I wish I could do something for them. Seeing the pain in their faces and feeling the impotence of not knowing what to do in that moment, made me study veterinary medicine.
Till now I have learnt a lot about animals and I could understand more about my pets. I like the relationship between animals and humans, I would like to internalize deeper in this field.
Other career that I was interested in was theater, something very different, even though, I have always found it interesting.

She is my cat called Upi, I like this photo because my cat look so funny, I took this photo in a morning, Upi was yawning because it had awakened newly although the photo appear have been took in the night because I used the flash. My cat always yawn then her face change completely, she isn't worried when I see she doing this, generally she like when I take photo to her, Upi look to the camera although the flash disturb a little to her. If Upi were a person maybe she would get angry because I share a photo like this but she doesn't know about this.

I love to my cat then i see this photo I remember all his good attributes, I have many photos amusedlike this and I will take many photos in the future. I want do a collage with the best photos of my cat and framing in a big picture for that the people can see the Upi's versatility.

My phone is my favorite piece of technology because with it I can do so many things that's because it is a multifunctional piece and I love it! For example I can listen to music, talk to friends, take pictures, record videos, look up words in a dictionary, watch series, read certain things and always be connected. All these actions override other items such as a camera, MP4, computer, a guide and others.

I use my cell phone all day, to check the time, to talk, to search words and when I travel, listen music.

I have a smarthphone from a few years ago and I have simplified many things, also I save a lot of time.

If I did't have my phone I would have to take many elements to replace, and couldn't talk often and easily as I do now.

Well, I hope you like my post about my favorite piece of technology, thanks for reading!

Galápagos Tortoise

The Galapagos tortoises are the largest reptiles (can measure 1.5 meters long and weigh 250 kilos) and can live more than 150 years. His face I really like, is a sweet and cute face. I believe that these tortoises have many adaptive features that have protected its, shell should be really safe.
There are tortoises that prefer damp places with abundant grass and other dry places with many cacti.
Now there are only 11 of the 15 types of sea Galapagos tortoises about 15,000 exist. The Ecuadorian government has protected this species since 1970 because they are endangered.
Can sleep up to 16 hours, your day ends at 17:00 hrs.
To keep warm or sheltered usually sleep surrounded by bushes or mud.
The greatest concentrations of tortoises in Galapagos are found in the Volcan Alcedo on Isla Isabela and in the mountains of Isla Santa Cruz.

I think about...

-same-sex marriage
I believe that the same-sex marriage It should be a law, homosexuals are entitled to express their love before the law and the church if they wanted. They are human beings and can't be banned for a definition about something done long ago, the society have change, and laws must change with it.

-recycling

I’d suggest that the government should encourage and provide the facilities to do so, Chile hasn't been educated to recycle or have the necessary items. In every neighborhood we should have containers for various recyclable materials, so people would have more availability. Also in all schools and expose to all citizens why is important the recycle, show realistically as will the world to our descendants if we continue in this way.

-women in the military

I’d say that, why not? Women who are military is only by his own will, if they want and think they can do it I think that's fine, there are many tasks that can be done as a soldier, according to their abilities they can be in the most convenient tasks.

-“barras bravas”

I believe that  this is a cultural and education, if these people are identified should suspend admission to the stadiums or charge you a higher rate for the damage to be expenses. The families can't longer enjoy football in stadiums that cause fear the actions of ‘barras bravas’.

-child labor

In my opinion children should not work but the solution is not to punish parents who are maybe send them, if not in knowing why they are working, maybe it's the only alternative for their family if parents do not have resources, but there are also children who do aware of their reality and to help their parents.
